All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
If you experience technical issues accessing a file, please contact us and we will assist you.
Physical Products (Prayer Cards & Artwork)
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
To request a return, please contact us first.
Return instructions will be provided once the request is approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
